Bayside Publix is so accommodating and customer friendly. Their produce is excellent as well as the bakery, deli and meat department.

Publix's is by far my favorite supermarket in Florida. I am a transplant, and I love the Bayside Lakes Publix, mainly because the people who work there are very personable, they recognize you, and they are cheerful, kind, and customer oriented. People say they are expensive, but if you join their points club and use their app, you will save significantly in a clean, organized, and friendly environment! Great produce and pretty much everything you need. Only gripe, no slim Jim's, what's that all about; but they would probably order them for me if I asked them. Oh, by the way, thanks for carrying Big Red soda (Nectar of the Gods)! You guys rock! Highest recommendation.

Favorite location! Their customer service is great and helpful ALL around the store. They all make eye contact which throws you off at first but makes you feel noticed enough to feel comfortable to ask "stupid" questions. Thank you Publix for being swift and having many registers open for this short of time mom.

We love our Bayside Publix. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing I found they could change is having a mother or grandmother teach them how to bag groceries. The meat department is top notch. If you need a special cut or order they are there to make it just ring the bell. Vincent helped me the last time I was there. He is a very sweet, kind and patient young man.

Publix is a great grocery store. Super friendly employees that are willing to go above and beyond. Nice clean store and I love the app. I use it for my grocery list, it will tell me what aisle my item is in, order my deli items before I leave the house and it will be in the bin when I get to the store and I also pay for my groceries through the app. So much faster than using the keypad or paying with cash. Never have had any problems with it. Ladies, leave your purse at home and download the app to your phone. All you will need to bring to the store is your car keys and phone.

Came all the way into Publix to buy a Arizona iced tea and the cashier. Judy helped me and she was awesome. They’re doing a peanut butter food drive campaign for the United Way so everybody come shopping at Publix and Bayside Lakes.
